PAYMENT POLICY

All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Banking, eWallet Payment, and DuitNow QR payment.

 

All of the payment types listed below can be used via iPay88 payment gateway. 

  • Credit Card / Debit Card
  • FPX online banking
  • eWallet (TNG)

SHIPMENT POLICY

  • We ship within Malaysia.
  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days after the payment is made. The estimated time of arrival is 3-4 days within West Malaysia, and 7-10 days within East Malaysia. However, the time of arrival may be affected by various reasons especially during holiday season or the destination is in the outskirts area. 
  • We are not responsible for the delays and losses due to postal services and incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double check your order details before placing the order.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Return orders are accepted within 7 days upon receiving the order.
  • ONLY incorrect items or damaged items caused by delivery are accepted, and photo evidence is required. Customers should contact us IMMEDIATELY about the issue. 
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed via original payment method after receiving the return items.
  • Shipping fees used/paid are not eligible for refunds.
